We are writing to inform you about a minor issue with the packaging of the Zxtech MN904PN 8 Channel PoE (16 Channel) NVR recorders from our latest batch.

Due to a printing error, the gift box for the MN904PN has been incorrectly printed using the gift box design for the MN404PN. Please be assured that this is only a printing issue on the outer packaging. The product inside is the correct Zxtech MN904PN 8 Channel PoE NVR recorder with maximum 16 IP Camera connection.

To provide further clarity, here are the key differences between our Zxtech PoE NVR models:

• MN404PN: 4 Channel PoE Recorder with 4 PoE network ports, supporting up to 9 IP cameras.

• MN904PN: 8 Channel PoE Recorder with 8 PoE network ports, supporting up to 16 IP cameras.

• MN6P3C2H: 16 Channel PoE Recorder with 16 PoE network ports, supporting up to 32 IP cameras.

• MN4P3C4H: 24 Channel PoE Recorder with 24 PoE network ports, supporting up to 32 IP cameras.

While the packaging for the MN904PN may reference the MN404PN, the content inside is accurate. The physical differences between the models can also help you identify the correct product, with the MN904PN featuring 8 PoE network ports at the back.

If you would like a replacement gift box with the correct MN904PN labeling, we would be happy to provide one at no additional cost. Please contact your seller, and they will arrange this for you promptly.
